[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”20300″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]Greenlight: Medical is a collaborative program between Crosspoint Global Health, Methodist Church Ghana and TMS Global for medical and undergraduate students interested in global health, spiritual formation and inter-cultural mission.

Dr. Cameron Gongwer co-leads a group of students for a 5 week mission immersion experience in Ghana, Africa. Beginning in early June the team participates in mission preparatory training at TMS Global headquarters outside Atlanta, Georgia. This training includes introductions to spiritual disciplines, worldview, culture shock, and team building. In Ghana, the team is based in Ankaase at the Methodist Faith Healing Hospital. Outreach to other health facilities in different areas widens the experience. Working with Ghanaian Christians, students serve and learn about healthcare mission. They experience community life and culture in an African context, and deepen their relationship with God. This journey offers an opportunity for discerning a call to mission in the sphere of healthcare.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
